| Michael Zarres - Facilities Manager
Michael and his wife, Sharon, have been foster parents for fourteen years and have cared for sixty children. Michael brings leadership experience, having worked previously as the Facilities Manager at Queen of the Valley Hospital for ten years supervising about thirty employees. He has also worked in the Sales Department at Unisource for fourteen years.

| Sharon Zarres - Chief Administrator
In a leadership capacity, Sharon worked previously as Office Manager of World Vision, supervising approximately thirty employees. Sharon's experience as an adoptive and foster parent has given her invaluable insight into all aspects of the child-care system. She has managed her own day care business with twenty-five children for seven years, working with disorders such as ADD/ADHD, Bi-Polar Disorder and developmentally delayed children as well as those with other special needs. Her credentials include: M.A. Clinical Psychology; M.A. Marriage and Family Therapy; B.A. Behavioral Science.
